Announcements for June 11th, 2017
Thy Kingdom Come is a project of the worldwide Anglican Communion. Archbishop Justin Welby has asked for prayers for more people to come to know Jesus. Many Christian denominations have signed on to this project. Pray daily between now and Pentecost that more people will come to know Jesus.
Our cleaning lady has found full time employment and has resigned her position here. The Vestry has decided to try something new that has worked well in other churches. The Vestry’s idea is that members of the congregation would be responsible for cleaning the church complex. If this project works, we could potentially save some $2 500 per year. More details to follow!
The office air conditioner is dead. We are seeking funds to replace it. If you feel generous, please write a check payable to the church with the memo “Office AC”.

Sharing Faith has become a beloved diocesan-wide event, and many churches hold Sharing Faith Dinners in ways that best fit the different congregations. Some gather on the designated date, and some hold monthly dinners. Some host the dinners in parishioners’ homes, while others gather in the parish hall or a designated space. We invite you to embrace this event in the best way that honors your congregation.
